We always strive to deliver your order within 1-5 business days, but delays may occur during periods.

There is a 14-day right of return for items purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14 days start on the day the order is placed on our website.

Gunma offers free exchanges for a new color, size or model. If you simply want to return your order, there is a shipping fee.

Requests for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after your order has been placed and must be returned to us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your desire to exercise the right of cancellation.

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to hej@gunma.dk. The message must clearly state your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal.

As a customer, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods that results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you must try the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

For hygienic reasons, underwear or panty liners or similar must be worn during the test.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to Gunma Swim ApS to assess the condition of the item.

There is a 2-year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Act. The warranty applies to all defects in material.
Gunma points out that the logo applied to the products may loosen and eventually fall off with repeated washing and contact with salt water. Any errors that occur on the logo are therefore not covered by the right of complaint.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Gunma ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of 2 months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The right to a complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
