How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?
We always strive to deliver within 1-5 business days in Europe. Outside the EU, delivery may take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs from 40 kr. You can choose your preferred delivery and see all prices when ordering.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
Is there a possibility that I can pick up my order myself?
You can select "pick-up" when you check out - however, please note that this can only be done by prior arrangement.
Return
How do I cancel my order?
You have 14 days to cancel your order when you buy from us. The 14 days start from the day your order is placed. If you want to cancel your order, simply send us an email with your order number at hej@gunma.dk
How do I return my product?
Send us a message at hej@gunma.dk - and we will help you create a return label.
Do I pay the return costs myself?
If you want to exchange for a different size or model, we will cover the return shipping. If you simply want to return, you must cover the return shipping yourself.
What are the requirements to return my item?
If you do not wish to keep the item, you have 14 days to return the item from the day your order was placed on the website. The item must be returned no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to return.
The item you return must be unused, unwashed and completely without signs of use. In other words, in the same condition as when you received the item.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Send us an email at hej@gunma.dk - and we will find another size or another product for you.
I have received the wrong product or a product with a defect. What do I do?
If you believe you have received the wrong product or something is faulty, we will of course find a solution. Send us an email at hej@gunma.dk
How long do I have to return my product?
You have 14 days full right of return from the day your order is placed on our website.
Our swimwear
What are your swimwear made of?
All our swimwear is made from 78% polyamide (also known as nylon) and 22% elastane in a two-layer fabric, ensuring the very best fit, comfort and durability. The majority (78%) of the fabric is recycled and imported from Italy. It is also OEKO TEX and UPF 50+ certified.
Where are your swimwear produced?
All our swimwear is produced in a small studio in Portugal.
Is your swimwear sustainable?
We have done everything we can to ensure that our production and business model is as sustainable as possible. We produce our swimwear under proper conditions in the EU (Portugal) and our fabric is from Italy, 78% of which is recycled. In addition, our shipping bags are FSC certified.
